Patron Shield Bonding Day

Not long now for the 23rd Annual Patron Shield (Sunday, 17th September 2023) at Burpengary Aquatic Centre. As is recent tradition the team meets the day before for a Patron Shield Bonding Day.  This is where the coaches get to meet the team, everybody collects their uniform, and we all participate in some fun team bonding activities.  This year we also have a high-profile Australian Dolphin swimmer joining us to have a quick chat with the team and Gold Coast Physio will be attending to run the team through some warm up/recovery stretches. It is highly recommended for all swimmers to attend so everyone has the required information and uniform before the event.
